Why This Whole Ron Paul Kick?
In keeping with the theme of Way Off Topic I'd like to bring another topic to light of which I feel is extremely important. As you know, we're coming up on presidential elections. I'd like to ask everyone to research all the candidates thoroughly and decide which one is best to lead our country into the future, while returning to the values, principals and ideals that were once the foundation of our country. One such man, whom I believe is the best candidate for the toughest job is Congressman Ron Paul. Our country is in more trouble than I think most folks realize. Inflation is rapidly getting out of hand and very few in government, Republican, Democratic, or otherwise, has a sound solution to this issue, but Paul's ideas are, to me, the most realistic and the most likely to be beneficial in the long run. He's the only one who voices the fact that the Federal Reserve has ruined the prosperity of our country and essentially enslaved the average citizen, by forcing us to pay a tax on money the Fed prints from thin air and is backed by absolutely nothing, yet is loaned to us at interest, which we can never ever pay off.He's the only one who wants to bring an end to the unbelievably wasteful behavior of our current administration. Best of all, he wants to bring our troops home right now, where they can protect our borders, rather than the borders - oh, and resources - of other countries. Ron Paul is a man of great honor and unsurpassed integrity and trust. I urge each of you to hear him out and discover why he's gaining such a strong following.

News -December 27, 2007 
Another year gone by and alot has happened. I've started painting once again in anticipation for an upcoming art show in April, in which I hope to have at least six pieces to hang. More details later, but I'll share my work as progress permits. At ReelFX we continue work on Open Season 2 and its looking quite nice, although the project has pushed the limits of my technical knowledge and my capacity to learn cutting edge CG techniques. I remember when this job was just hard. Now its downright challenging.

Outside of my job at ReelFX, I'm learning everything I can about the economy and world affairs and vigorously campaigning for Congressman Ron Paul, as our next president. Congressman Paul is a man of unrivaled credibility and integrity, far surpassing any candidate I've ever known. A true Republican, with this country's best interests at heart, Ron Paul has devoted his career to reinstating the Constitution as the law of the land. I dont agree with everything he wants to do, but I do feel he is, by far and without a doubt, the best presidential candidate we've had in my lifetime. Finally, someone who is willing to actually address the real problems facing our country, instead of moving us further into a corporate fascist state of socialism and indentured servitude, not to mention wanting to bring our troops home, instead of selling us into a perpetual state of war. If he doesn't win the Republican nomination, I'll write him in on my ballot.
